1 · The parent sets rules once
Guardian holds Maya's rules, not each platform. Every connected platform gets the same signed profile and reports, rule by rule, what it applied.
Maya's rules
Only people Maya follows can message her
Connected platforms
2 · Connecting TockTick reuses everything
The parent taps Connect another platform. The same Phosra Link dialog lists every rule, and TockTick's own sign-in and profile picker follow, exactly as with Chirp. The parent doesn't re-enter anything.
3 · Maya on TockTick
TockTick enforces the content rule in its feed and the DM rule in its inbox. Messages from strangers never reach her; friends still can.

content_rating ceiling Chirp does.4 · What a stranger sees
An account Maya doesn't follow tries to message her after a comment thread.
5 · Honest outcomes, per platform
Each platform signs a result for each rule. A platform that can't apply a rule says so, and the parent sees it — it's never silently dropped.
| Rule (OCSS category) | Chirp | TockTick |
|---|---|---|
Content rated up to 13+ content_rating | Applied · timeline filter | Applied · feed filter |
Block DMs from strangers stranger_dm_block | Refused · unsupported (no DMs) | Applied · inbox gate |

6 · What's real and what's concept
| Status | Detail | |
|---|---|---|
| Rules owned by the parent app, not the platform | Real | Guardian's policy feeds every Link; demonstrated with Chirp in options 1 and 2. |
| Same content rule on a second platform | Not built | Only Chirp is wired. A second Gatekeeper platform would receive the same signed content_rating profile. |
stranger_dm_block category | Real | Defined in OCSS (@openchildsafety/ocss lists 123 categories, including dm_restriction and stranger_dm_block). |
| Platform applying it | Supported on the platform side | Gatekeeper hands every rule in the verified profile, whatever its category, to the platform's apply / observe, and Phosra's Platform API page lists dm_restriction among the requests platforms receive. Not exercised in this repo: the local network only signs content_rating. |
| Parent app requesting it | Not supported yet | @phosra/link 0.7.80 accepts only content_rating policy and has consent copy only for it. |
| TockTick screens on this page | Mockup | Hand-built HTML; nothing here was captured from a running app. |
